In this video, the leaders of our EU4Advice Living Labs share their insights on the essential role of advisors in collaborative, sustainability-driven projects. As part of our effort to engage new advisors in the EU4Advice network, we asked each Living Lab Leader to respond to a key question based on their experience. Viktoria Nagy from Kislépték, leading the Hungarian Living Lab, speaks about the key qualities and skills an advisor should have, highlighting the importance of empathy, practical knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex systems.
